TIL Cat had more points as a Rocket than Franchise.

Data is beautiful, moving data is so much more beautiful.

I think I saw this on Twitter a couple of days ago and the account that posted it said to watch how rapidly Harden comes out of nowhere at the end. Really is something to watch. Of course, averaging 30 and 36 ppg in a season does wonders for that.

Wow no Tracy and Maxwell quite high, but biggest surprise is how Yao managed to get so high and Thorpe is still in the top 10 after only playing 5,5 seasons!

Mobley should’ve been a Rocket for life man, he’s still very pure in the Big3 and if Francis would’ve been a pass first PG, Mobley could’ve averaged 28-30 PPG easily.

It’s kinda sad seeing Yao Ming pause and start with the injuries.

    Nicely done!

James Harden's rise is amazing, as was the rise (and steadiness) of Hakeem. Very cool to see some older names from Rockets history like Don Kojlis and John Block.

Some things that are really highlighted for me with this graphic:

    1) Yao never cracked 10,000. Very sad (although I'm sure he's not)
    2) Mobley scored more than Steve Francis
    3) McGrady didn't crack the list
    4) Malone was a beast in his 6 years here.
    5) Ralph Sampson...what could have been if the medical field was more advanced
    6) An incredible visual reminder of just how damned good Otis Thorpe was for the Rockets
    7) A lot of stagnation in between some of those years.

I wish there were highlight videos of Rudy Tomjanovich on YouTube. Unfortunately most of the stuff is just the Kermit Washington incident.

Just imagine if OT could shoot free throws.

If he made every single free throw he ever took, he would have averaged an additional 1.4 points per game over the course of his career.

He shot 67% as a Rocket and 68.7 for his career. Don't see the problem. Hakeem was a 71.2% career FT shooter.
