    Cynicism is alive and well on CFs. Not sure if this board adds to or detracts from my fandom. Ignorance used to be bliss but now knowing everything and having to wade through all these negative opinions seems to make the process not so much fun anymore.

    Everyone:

    It's now been 4 weeks since we began firing our assistant coaches.
    There has been no additional hires.We have added 0 new assistants.
    We have had a public negotiation with our head coach that got on the verge of being contentious.
    We have not come to a conclusion on an extension.

    The finals ended yesterday,
    the draft is in 6 days.
    We have no picks.
    We have no cap space.
    We have six players under contract.
    One of those players is likely to retire.

    I like it . Just adds to the range of possibilities for our team going forward .

    I'm optimistic that even in the worst case scenario we still have the best player in he NBA

    Seriously. All the moody b****es in here, I’m not even sure how they stay Rocket fans with all the negativity this stuff brings them.

    Did they watch 82 games of Juwan Howard being our number 1 option like I did? We are so freaking lucky and people are just pissing all over the franchise.
