After 29 games, Rockets have an offensive rating of 116.1, shattering the all time record! What's more shocking is that the distance between #1 (116.1) and #2 (115.6) is the same between #2 (115.6) and #9 (115.1).

We are literally witnessing history happening right in front of our eyes!

The good thing is that there are still 53 games left for Paul to play.:)

After two losses in a row, I am surprised to see Rockets still maintains the record shattering offensive rating at 116.1!

At the all star break, the Rockets are still on pace to be the best offensive team ever with an 115.7 offensive rating!

It has dropped some. Our pace has also slowed down.

That being said though, I wonder if we climb back up towards 116 after the break stretch run with everyone seemingly healthy.

    Really exciting stuff.

Edit: also worth noting how our defense really dropped with all the injuries. Curious if we can’t turn that around all healthy again also. So far it has seemed that it will.

I believe we about to take it another step now... Anderson seem confident in his shot again, and Gordon just need to keep hitting those pin down threes.

Don’t care about this record. I want a healthy squad that can push a deep playoff run, I want a title!

I'd rather make the finals instead of being the best offensive team in the regular season of all time....

We need Gordon to get his 3 point shot back. 33% on 9 apg isn't going to cut it.

I wonder what their offensive rating is when Capela, Chris, and James play (29-1)

I am sure you can come up a formula that shows PHO is the best offensive team in this league too.

You know people got kinda quiet about the whole "they're undefeated with Paul, Harden and Capela" thing after we lost our first game with those guys, but... if I'm not mistaken, we're now 28-1 when those three play together.

Not quite undefeated, and I may be a bit biased, but I'd say that's pretty mother ****ing good. Wouldn't be surprised if that was better than any other trio in history in their first 29 games together.

so in other words, it would be more boring with Gordon scoring like last year :p
