I've harped on this before, but I guess not enough to feel satisfied. The problem Trump has is that even if his version of reality is true, he doesn't have the mandate to do what he's trying to do -- overturning our foreign policy to get a cooperative relationship with Russia.

Suspend disbelief and assume for a second that (1) Trump is totally innocent and did not collude with election hacking in any way, and (2) that whatever happened in the past, he has good and sound reasons to believe Russia will sincerely change its foreign policy and can be a trustworthy partner. Even if those things are true, as he pursues cooperation with Russia on the security of Israel, on the resolution of violence in Syria, on the North Korea problem, and everything else, he doesn't have buy-in from his own Cabinet, nor Congress (not even when you consider only the Republican members), nor state-level leaders, nor influencers in the public sphere (media, but also think tanks, business leaders, etc), nor the public at large. He seems intent to drag bodily the entire US of A into this relationship that nobody else wants to enter. At least when Bush decided to drag us into a war we didn't want to fight, he went on a persuasion campaign to tell us about these WMDs and yellow cake and terrorism and all that. Trump thinks he can and should just do it and never explain what his plan is and why we should like it. He has no mandate. How can this effort possibly be successful if he's dragging the citizenry along kicking and screaming?

Somebody who doesn't pay attention, doesn't believe what he reads, thinks everyone is biased... yeah I want to invest a lot of time answering questions for that guy. Look, let's go talk about the NBA over in the other forum, alright?

What we are seeing here is red and deep.

As in deep red state. As in Putin's stuck his hand so deep up the right wing's butt, red states are now truly the deep state and truly commie red.

Well you obviously missed out on researching these things called elections and why they are important to Democracies.

Wanting elections free from interference should be a pretty bipartisan thing but no. It’s not anymore. The moment you mention it you are labeled a libtard butthurt Hillary fanatic to trolls like booby.

If you actually read the indictments put out by TRUMPS OWN justice department, you’d understand a little more clear. If you want to put in a little more time and energy into researching, I think there some pretty obvious reasons for the “freakout”.

Which "she", you need to be more specific: the she funneling Russian money through the NRA (to Trump), the she in France supporting far-right politicians (and Trump), or one of the she skanks that were paid off (by Trump) to keep quiet before the election?

Don't know what is worse, trump's secret dealings with putin, or the republican congress allowing and enabling it. Here's "tough guy" senator lindsey graham pretending to care... as he opposes a way of getting transparency into what trump already agreed to with putin.

DONALD TRUMP WILL NEVER MEET WITH VLADIMIR PUTIN ALONE AGAIN, SAYS LINDSEY GRAHAM

Lindsey Graham has really been a disappointment. I thought he might be one of the few Republicans in Congress that would speak out against trump's unspeakable actions, which have been a disaster for our country, but without John McCain around to provide some backbone, Graham has become as bad as the rest of the cowards in the current Republican majority.

I'm still waiting for a resignation in protest. I understand if someone connected to law enforcement, intelligence, or the military stays on board to try to be a firewall, but these other White House employees should do more to alert the public than just express anonymous angst.

The thing that is valuable about the D&D is that it lets you see what is going on in the minds of the fringe left.....people that you likely won't get to see very often in real life due to how rare they are in the general public. That said, clearly those on the fringe left are over the top unhinged to the point where it's impossible to take them seriously or even hold a conversation with them. It wasn't that long ago when this wasn't the case, but our friends on the fringe left have seemingly lost their minds and are foaming at the mouth rambling about treason (not actual treason mind you), Russian bots (not actual Russian bots mind you), and other such nonsense.

How long is this going to keep up before sanity returns? They already have no credibility left to lose.
