I believe it was denniscd who said back in late January that this team would go on a ridiculous winning streak that would break the franchise record. I thought he was on something at the time. denniscd was realistic, even though we thought he wasn't, and he stayed true to this team. I don't know where he's been lately, but it's time to give credit where it's due.
He certainly has been quiet lately, and he was not the only one saying the team was coming together and ready to take off.. DD
What's his job with the Rockets? I forgot what he said but he did break some type of news last year??? BTW, where's Hilltopper??? I miss his posts the most.
I don't even know if he works for the Rockets, because I would assume it'd be in their contract to not post inside information here, but he has posted lots of inside information in the past. We all thought he was Jon Feigan for a while.
I'm glad there aren't avatars... lets the posters speak rather than the bells and wistles. I really admire posters like denniscd and DD for sticking with the Rockets so hardcore. I admit while I'd watch every game I wasn't as passionate 2 months ago. I do not like fairweather fans and I won't let it happen in the future... I guess I just get so busy that unless the Rockets are doing really well there isn't much to talk about.
for those of you in the game chats who use mIRC or other client with auto-logs, do a search for "we are going to win 15 in a row", or "15 game win streak in the making" I said that Fri, Jan 25th. But we lost the Yao flu game, so I didn't say it again, because I jinxed us by making the first prediction. haha really, our schedule was so weak, we were bound to start winning a lot.

for the record, I bleed rockets and always have... And I've been loving these boards since I've found them; great threads, great members, with intelligent thoughts and opinions, even if there are no avatars!! I think avatars are good for boards because it shows a little about the persons personality while spicing up the look of the threads a little. If we did have avatars I think I'd go with for sure... hahaha

Yeah, the guy that made up that T-mac avatar is a Mavs fans. He has been in the insidehoops message boards for years now.
denniscd also said it was Adelman's genius plan to get us into the 8th seed so that we would match up w/ the Hornets in the first round.
