    President Donald Trump apparently forgot to book a hotel room in Hamburg, Germany, for the annual Group of 20 summit of key global leaders, and was stuck scrambling to find somewhere to stay, BuzzFeed reported Thursday.


    Oops.

    The White House apparently waited too long before making a reservation for Trump and his traveling staff for the summit, which begins on Friday. All the luxury hotels in the city were completely booked by other world leaders, leaving the US president — who made his name in business building, uh, luxury hotels — without a place to stay.

    A local German news outlet, Hamburger Abendblatt, reported on Wednesday that the US government wanted to stay at the Four Seasons, but they were turned away because it was already booked.

    I'm tired of all this winning! And because I had to sleep on the embassy couch.

    That picture is not the formal still shot. But it was taken when they were gathering together for a formal still shot.

    And despite the fact that most foreign leaders had negative opinions of Trump going into G20, this shouldn't be "news". Trump is still the POTUS and as such carries the importance associated with that role. Add on top he is a very famous celebrity and along with his wife will always attract attention in public settings. So sure... even foreign leaders will gravitate towards him (and Mrs. Trump in this picture).

    Would you truthfully say he is as well liked and respected among foreign leaders as his predecessors (with the possible exception of Israel and Russia)?

    Good lord - did he end up sleeping on Air Force One? What a dysfunctional administration. They even **** up the most simple things. That's true whether the story is real, or trump's beloved "fake news." Either wouldn't surprise me. The fellow is a man-child and we are in deep, deep ****.

    What I would say is that he and they appear to be getting along well in that setting. With your integrity on the line, can you at least bring yourself to agree with that one observation?

    Where did I suggest they weren't getting along in that picture. And sure, in that picture it appears they are getting along. I'd even suspect you can find other pictures of Trump and world leaders getting long.

    Now answer my question... would you say Trump is as well liked and respected by world leaders as his predecessors (with the possible exceptions of Israel and Russia... and I'd even add Saudi Arabia to that short list).

    I believe Donald Trump is probably more liked and certainly more respected by other world leaders than Barack Obama.
