If Harden wasnt the MVP the MVP should be Lebron. The Cavs lost on point differential whenever he sat. As good as Kawhi is he has issues with endurance, Pops sat him a ton of games last year for "rest" and then he still got injured in the playoffs.
He is at least someone we can talk about, hope he can become an Allstar reserve or more once in his career.
He'll be playing in the allstar game this year, might even start. He's hands down the best SG in the east. Imo he's the 3rd best overall SG in the entire NBA behind harden and klay. Dude is a beast and will turn out to be the better player than Paul George. That's my hot take. His numbers this year are just as good as PG13 best year in Indy and Dipo has them winning at a higher clip than PG13 did the last 2 seasons. PG13 is one of my favorite players in the game a legit 2 way guy who can create for himself and others he's just not a superstar like so many claim him to be. He's a Scottie Pippin not a jordan. I don't know what russ is he's fringe NBA starter skills with super human athletism somit makes him appear better than he is. He's holding PG13 back just like he did dipo.
As for Spurs' success, at least regular season success, you need to give more credits to Pop than Kawhi. They were 7-1 without Kawhi last year, and 18-8 without Kawhi this year. Even their G-League squad can have a even match up against the big three OKC. As long as you have Popovich, you're guaranteed to win more than 50 games in a regular season, so 60 wins isn't that impressive.
This guy went from Legit player to All- Star player and now ALL NBA player. And I thought this guy sucked last year. I guess he was just playing with a ball hog teammates that wouldn't let him play his game. How come all these guys become MVP or All NBA player after they leave Westbrook??? Harden- MVP this year. Should have 2 other MV KD- Final MVP Oladipo- ALL NBA
Yea, I would put him as the best SG this year behind Harden and Klay. Harden is the only SG that has a higher scoring average than Dipo Klay is the only SG that shoots a higher FG% and 3 pt % than Dipo. And also carrying his team to a winning record.
"Are the critics right about RW? You don’t get better playing around him, worse. PG and melo having the worst seasons of their career, % wise too, dipo, sabonis look like all stars"
The Paul George trade looks worse by the day. He's gonna bolt after this season. Oladipo was locked up for years.
Yikes. How long until the Thunder realize that Westbrook is a SG, not a PG? They need to take the ball out of his hands so he does not have to think as much, imo.
Westbrook is a shooting guard who can't shoot, a point guard who can't control the game, a leader who doesn't make his teammates better, a player who cares more about his stats than winning... either that or low IQ.
