How do you feel about the incredible inbounds calls in the LAC and BOS games?

  1. A - There is something very strange going on with the officiating recently.

  2. B - The NBA is a really fast hard game to officiate, so no problem.

  3. C - It doesn't matter - we played really bad and we need injuries to heal.

I've started maybe 5 threads in my history on Clutchfans and they've all been pretty useless. This one is no exception --- but DAYUM. What is going on here?

In the Clippers game, we saw a player foul out of the game. But then - wait, he didn't! The foul was assigned to a player nowhere near the ball to keep him in the game. He proceeded to receive not ONE - but TWO massive flopping calls on inbounds plays by falling behind Harden when Harden received the ball the begin the play.

We were all mad and frustrated and some were in disbelief that such calls could be made in the last 120 seconds of an NBA game.

Fast-forward to tonight, we play Boston. The team played like steaming garbage and was manhandled in the second half. Harden was harassed relentlessly at half-court and at the rim with minimal calls. We turned to Eric Gordon to run a non-existent offense. It didn't work.

Harden comes back in and hits some huge shots and it looks like we might escape with a terrible win. But wait!!

In the final 30 seconds of a game, the refs call not ONE, but TWO massive flopping inbounds calls ---- IN REVERSE of the Clippers game!

    Thoughts?

It wasn't a flop on the first one, the guy just slipped - you can see his foot slide forward and he gets thrown back from it.

The Celtics play where Tatum has the dunk to bring to within one.

    Smart traveled prior to pass.

How does an NBA game have 2 refs?

    What the hell?

The rockets got shafted in the second half.
