I mean, we do not have a GM guys. I just can't get over it. We fired a guy hoping we'd get another guy, we didn't get the other guy, now we have nobody. BOB isn't even a good coach, let alone a talent scout Even if he was, who is doing the negotiating with agents/financial side of things? We have a real issue with Clowney and nobody in the front office to handle it. Cal is a transition owner after his father died, does he even know how to do anything? This is really messed up yall. What in the world has happened to this franchise? It used to be so professional and classy. I remember when Jonathan Joseph first came here he gleamed at how wonderful, organized, and top notch everything was compared to where he came from (Cincy). This is soooooo difficult to take in.
To act like we don't have people taking care of contracts and budgeting cap or people scouting is to bury your head in the sand with your fingers plugging your ears. There are people doing the jobs (and most likely the same ones that did it last year), we're just waiting out Caserio.
Couple of quick thoughts. The #Texans secondary is much more athletic this season especially at the CB group. First time we have seen the complete group on the field. — patrick (@PatDStat) July 25, 2019 Bill O’Brien: "I’ve always been involved in personnel decisions since I’ve been here. No more no less (since Brian Gaine was fired)." #Texans — Aaron Reiss (@aaronjreiss) July 25, 2019

"GM? Nah... we don't need one."
Says everything you need to know about the passive Texans org. Sad thing is they will probably be worth more than 3 billion after this season. So what they do or dont do doesn't really matter.
Yeah....Texans should hire a GM, just to have a GM! Doesn't matter if they REALLY want him or not. OR you can delegate the GM duties for a season, then hire the guy you REALLY want.
What happened to all that cap space they didn’t use last year? Can it roll over for all of perpetuity or do you lose it after not rolling it over the first year?
