    President Trump said Deshaun Watson will be a great NFL player and he's going to watch the Texans closely this season. I believe Bob Mcnair also made an appearance at the White House.

    Doesn't mean that you want to waste it on someone you are planning on potentially cutting next off-season. I can understand why Brown is holding out though, he wants more guaranteed money but I don't see the Texans wanting to give him any beyond this season and he'll want to hold out till he gets it.

    Oh I'm right there with you. He's on the wrong side of 30 and has had some injury problems recently. I was just saying why they likely haven't just thrown a new deal his way despite having the money to do so.
