It’s mostly late-bloomers and rapid ascents that they miss on, which is not unexpected.

Is that 3 overturned calls in one game?

How big is the Mariners' boat?

Edit: Mariners needed a bigger boat.

Kyle Tucker never looks like he's having fun.

How sweet it is; go Angels! Finally, we beat Seattle. I was starting to wonder.

I don't see the Ted Williams comparison at all. Williams could hit.

Live look at Kyle Tucker's return:

At least he got an RBI. I know, not much progress for him to make at this stage of the season, but I have high hopes for him next year.
And the Devo hats are back, too!!!!! Hopefully he returns to form next year.

It was a groundout, but I'll take the 103 mph exit velo.

He seemed to work this year in the minors on elevating the ball, but it didn't translate to the majors. He'll get his shot next year.

Interesting to use Devo vs. Cionel Perez or Deetz. I guess they want to see if they can bring him back to the circle of trust.

Why is it embarrassing? Hinch gave Tucker an at bat in a 6-0 game. Now had it been a tie game or Astros losing, it might be considered embarrassing.

Yep. He consistently makes HARD contact, just bad luck. At least he's making contact and hitting it hard.

Agree on Devo, trying to rebuild his confidence. But the fact that they had Osuna also warm up (in case it became a save situation) also tells you how much confidence they had.

They probably wonder the same thing about Houston. You do have to go all the way back to their last game since they lost.

Astros only real question before playoffs is whether they'll equal or beat the Franchise Record for Wins.

Only ONE more @MMP.. then.. ball AWAY per usual. OAK will be eliminated come final series.

102 or 103 is the question.
