Of course TY Hilton looks like he's gonna play. Living up to his Texans killer reputation, he's gonna heal up just in time so he can torch us for over 150 yards and 2 TDs Thursday.
Huge game. Glad there isn't a bye week after that last loss....less time for us to have it on our minds. A big win here will certainly make things much more peachy.
But that’s the thing we have to stop having that kind of thinking. We missed a real opportunity on Sunday to take over the 2nd seed and really cement ourselves as a huge threat. A road win in Baltimore would of solidified a lot things with this team. And those are the opportunities we have to start taking advantage of if we are really going to take that next step as a organization and team. I already could hear O’Brien and certain fans saying it’s ok move on to Indy big division game for the division lead blah blah blah. While it may be true when is the team and organization going to really take that next big step? This even brings me back to last year against the Eagles. We had a real opportunity to lock up or over take the 2nd seed and we eventually lost that opportunity. The great teams and even the good teams take advantage of those opportunities it’s called being prepared. I just had a feeling O’Brien was already chalking it up in Baltimore by sitting fuller and Roby. They couldn’t play Sunday but can play on Thursday give me a damn break. And if he was that should be a fireable offense. Let alone if O’Brien felt like Sunday wasn’t an important game which is was a huge game with playoff implications and decide to worry about Indy that should give him the axe as well.
This game is a big one. I do hope competent BoB shows up to this game, if not we might have ceded the AFC South Title of mediocrity
I don't really know how to predict the Texans anymore. Probably the less time BOB has to "prepare" for a game the better, so I'll go with a Texans win on a short week.
If we don't win this game we might not even make the playoffs. Let's hope our team puts more effort into this win than they do on their hair and wardrobe. This is our biggest game of the season.
This. Also anyone with real Super Bowl aspirations for 2019 should now know it isn’t happening. We aren’t beating the Ravens if we match up against them in the playoffs. What makes it really hard to swallow is that we mortgaged our future to win now and that isn’t going to happen. The Colts game is important to save face, but does a win really make us a Super Bowl contender? No.
