New Astros team strikes out twice in a row to end the inning.

Clippard looks better than Liriano. That doesn't say much though

I hope the Astros find their bats again before the playoffs. Playoffs pitching is much better than these scrubs they are going against!

Carlos Correa, Brian McCann, and Evan Gattis should have something to do with that.

Fisher hasn't been very consistent... something they may have had from Aoki (without the upside). Davis has been "laughable"...

Only saving grace is that with a healthy team we won't have to see Davis, Fisher, Centeno, and Marisnick in the same lineup again.

Last at bat with 2 strikes. Atleast swing. Crappy way to end it.

8 total runs in the Oakland series. If this was any other team we probably would gotten swept.

When correa is back, Marwin gets left field. Fixes most of the problems.

    Booooo. No JM this series.

Our bullpen is looking really well again. But I hear Sipp is going to be back with a vengeance. =(

By vengeance, I assume you mean pitch in games that a grand slam wouldn't change the outcome in order to rest pitchers that actually will make playoff roster.

Astros could use Aoki right about now...Not sure why we traded him.

I thought the reasoning was pretty obvious.

this is crazy. It's clear that fan bases will never be happy when statements like this are made

It feels like a statement for the sake of making a statement. Aoki, who had a very nice track record prior to this season, was below average here and has been even worse with Toronto. Whatever's behind the Astros slump (primarily: baseball), it's certainly not the absence of their below-average 4th OF.
