BG has a really nice curveball.

Bunt it fair and run foul, Altuve. How do you not know this?

Given how many times Altuve is caught with his pants down on the base paths, it almost seems like he skipped Base Running 101 at the Academy.

Do the Sox only have 8 hits? It feels more like 16.

Reddick is making contact but not good contact. His contact rate is the third highest on the team at 87.4%. However his batting average on balls in play (BABIP) is 12th highest at .281. Admittedly, I'm a novice at using sabermetric stats, so that's a very simple and probably flawed analysis, but it does jive with the eye test. He's leaves me feeling very uncertain when he comes up. Bagwell's lessons have not sunk in, and at this point I doubt they ever will.

They've adjusted the shift on him and how he's pitched and he's not going to LF as much as he was earlier in the year, when he was incredibly successful.

Rondon is pitching- this is the high colonic of baseball games.

    I love late inning comebacks.

eta: I just realized this SOB Nova has thrown 67 pitches in 6 innings. Urge to kill...rising.

Not really. Winning every single game against lesser opponents isn’t a realistic expectation. We should and probably will win this series however.

Not sure if you noticed but the Yankees aren’t giving us much margin. I personally think snagging HFA in the ALCS will make our lives significantly easier. I want no part of a game 7 in yankee stadium if I can avoid it.

    2-out rally, Reddick

ETA- good call on that K. Not saying it's been called the whole game though.

Great to see the offense pick up their pitching staff with a valiant effort
