Nope. Find another way to protest - don't disrespect the country or it's people who fought for your freedom.

Choosing to lodge your protest during the national anthem is disrespectful, and I'm glad the NFL cracked down on those spoiled multi-millionaire brats.

It disrespects them more to take away the exact freedoms they fought for. We’ll see if this stands.

You do know that all this does is allow the players to still protest in there own way by not coming out while the anthem is playing .And to make one thing clear for you NO one disrespected the country or any of the service members who have served.Get a clue about what the protest is really about get out from under Drumps umbrella .

Wrong. They disrespected the country and those who fought for its freedoms. They could have protested during halftime or after the game - don't do it during the national anthem. Glad the NFL will crack down on these spoiled brats.

Here's one vet who might not agree with you... he actually served in the military (have you?) and he wrote an eloquent letter to Kaepernick:

An open letter to Colin Kaepernick, from a Green Beret-turned-long snapper

Oh look! One guy likes Kap!

One guy doesn’t disprove the point.

This topic really hits a nerve with the troop hating liberal crew.

when it comes to patriotism and not being disrespectful to the troops trump has no leg to stand on.

how did you feel about trump saying that POW's are not heroic b/c they were captured?
how did you feel about trump attacking a gold star family?

How about giving the military more than a 2.4% raise (Obama gave them 3.4%)? How about the disrespect he has shown with his mishandling of the VA Director position? How about the fact that in the year and a half as commander in chief he has yet to visit any military troops in active combat (Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan). Obama visited Iraq both as a senator and 3 months into his presidency. He also went to Afghanistan four times as president. But commander heelspurs?
