I read that the Raiders can actually cut their losses by turning his guaranteed money into non-guaranteed status and get out of his deal. I would love to see that happen.
I got all stupid and picked him up in one of my fantasy leagues. Even still......I'd LIKE to see this happen. He needs a reality check.
The Raiders officially listed Antonio Brown's Thursday absence as "not injury related - conduct." They could have gone with something more diplomatic like "not injury related," so it's the Raiders' first step toward slapping the "suspended" label on Brown. Although the Raiders are taking their time before publicly announcing anything, Brown's odds of suiting up for Week 1 appear slim at best. It is possible, if not probable, he never plays a down for the Raiders. SOURCE: Jimmy Durkin on Twitter
I hope the Chiefs beat down the Jags and the Chargers light it up against the Colts. I just can't root for the Browns though, so will root for the Titans to win. I just can't root for cocky Mayfield and Beckham, and the team that signed the thug Hunt. That's as bad as rooting for the Cowboys. I never liked the Browns anyway, since the old Oilers rivalries. Their dog pound has a couple new dogs to root for, and that tipped the scale for me in rooting for the Titans. I'm not worried about the Titans anyway. If we can't beat them this year we won't have much to brag about.
Starting to look a little more like football now. Rodgers still looks a little shaky, but he's starting to warm up.
