Review of Trump court cases show what we already know. He has no ethnics, no issue with lying, no issue with abusing others, no issue with ignoring court orders and rules. A true anti-law and rules candidate. Still can't believe the GOP went with him. Amazing. If he is elected President, good luck with the executive branch being kept in check by Congress or the Court.

Trumps emails weren't while he was the Secretary of State putting American lives at risk.

This is apples to oranges at best.

The knock against Clinton is that she's corrupt and untrustworthy. I won't dispute that.

But I fail to see how anyone can look at Trump and think differently of him. Trump has all of Clinton's bad qualities, in addition to being tactless, loudmouthed, undisciplined, petulant, vindictive, and ill-informed.

We need to deeply rethink our electoral process and examine what went so wrong that we'd end up at this point one week before the final vote.

It's a stupid attempt at deflecting a Clinton campaign meltdown.

This is a weak defense in my view. Voters need to assess how the candidates will perform if elected to office, and all we can go by is their track record. If Trump had a track record as an elected official and it was clean, then I'd give you this.

Trump has no track record as an elected official, but we have plenty of information on how he operates to infer what he'd be like as President. The saying "power corrupts" is true. Take a guy like Trump and give him the most powerful station in the world -- what should reasonable people expect?

I think TX Tony's attack on Trump is weak.

Smells of desperation. Trump is surging in polling and that was before this happened.

17% of democrats said they are less likely to vote for her.

If even 3% less NOV 8th Dems don't come out, race is over.

why do you post this, you're on record saying that Hillary Clinton will win. Unless you've changed your mind.

I changed my mind due to the FBI investigation.

I think it will be enough to give him a win.

I made a bet with Dandorik that I would leave the message board for two months as a little gag bet. Same for him.

Not at all surprising. He's long struck me as completely unscrupulous in business and as a litigant.

Did you meant Newsweek attack on Trump? Newsweek probably has worked on this article for weeks if not months. It takes time to comb through the court cases. We kind of know Trump, but I'm sure some, including myself, still have some doubt on how he would behave in office. Has he just been showing a face in order to get elected or is that really him? Knowing how he actually operated in the past is good information for voters to consider. It's an excellent article and a good read.
