Basketball reasons - read it was the Charlotte pick OKC had that was given.

Did Boston not do a physical before the trade? Beyond that -Green played the entire year, and he a RFA when they found the heart condition!

Why is it OKC's fault if Boston didn't do a medical?

    League statement:http://www.dailythunder.com/2012/06/league-statement-on-okcs-forfeited-pick

I am still confused by this.

If OKC knew about the heart condition but did not tell anyone, there should be a greater punishment than a 2nd round draft pick.

If OKC did not know about the heart condition, they should not be punished.

"OKC cardiologists were in possession of information" - What information? Why do these people still have licenses if it was important information? Did Green know, but not management? /confused
