    No we're still in commie jail.

    But we still collect our share of the broadcast contracts which is the most important thing, so it's not really all that big a deal. May even be a good thing if it gets us away from our persistent China pandering.

    Tilman aint spending any money regardless.

    edit- if this sticks we are gonna have to fight the refs even harder than usual come the playoffs. So that could be a big deal.

    Of course he did because the NBA is only about money. The CCP will now try to punish the Rockets bad enough financially that Tilman throws Morey under the bus in exchange for getting back in the CCP’s and their brainwashed followers good graces. There is no way in hell Morey isn’t black balled through out the league. Let’s hope it all calms down with time.

    Yup. Both sides compromised by targeting the Rockets.

    When it is already idealistic to believe the league stands up for human rights and freedom of speech it is even more naive to believe they will protect the Rockets and risk losing it all.

    What can they actually do?

    Rox get their share of all merch sales. The ONLY way Houston can suffer is sponsorship (with 2 of the last 4 MVPs on the roster there will be new sponsors replacing anyone who bails)

    The good news is we won't get shown in China and therefore Clutchfans moght be spared the ignorance of very many basketball morons!!!
