NSFW @3:05-3:43 The song fits better with these colors of Parajanov than the official MV. Just brilliant!
surprised i had to go back 3 pages to find this thread! seems like it never left the first couple pages. anyway, you can listen to the full howard stern interview with ringo starr from earlier this week...nothing any hard-core beatles fan doesnt already know, but always great to hear an interview with one of those dudes...joe walsh sits in for the last part of it too. https://player.siriusxm.com/now-playing
Got the image from Van Dyke Park's Twitter feed recently, it was drawn by Klaus Voormann; this was the session that ruined Harry's voice, it was never the same..
Saw NIN the other night for my fourth time since the late 90’s. Still a great show but you can tell right off the bat the record label isn’t sinking nearly as much money in his live show that they used to. He had some funny stuff to say about Ted Cruz too. Apparently he’s is/was a fan which is hilarious to think about him listening to Terrible Lie then doing Ted Cruz things. Trent seems to be content with his career and just enjoying music and film above anything else at the moment. I just wish there were other young up and coming artists today that could capture that angst from the 90’s with the current soundscapes that modern technology can provide or be deconstructed to sound incredible. NIN in the 90’s and early 2000’s was just something we probably won’t capture again at least at that quality.

I'm increasingly relying on veteran acts to find any new music that I like. Guess it's just part of growing old. Suede, still putting out masterpieces like this after 30 years.
