Need to listen to it a little more, but the new Arcade Fire seems like a disappointment. Too much disco dance that sounds like poor man's LCD Soundsystem, not enough melodramatic indie rock. However, I like this song a lot.
If I heard this on the radio and had to guess, Id probably say something along the lines of, "I cant wait to see the video to this song. OK GO makes fun videos." Catchy song but nothing of what Id expect from Arcade Fire.

I remember one time a very long time ago you described an album as embarrassing (I want to say it was Andre 3000's part on that double CD they put out) and I thought that was an unfair critique from someone who had never released an album. I apologize for having that opinion because the new Arcade Fire is embarrassing.
LOL. I think I remember that. And for the record, I think what I meant to express was that I felt embarrassed as I was listening to it. Kind of like an awkward cringe you get when someone else makes a fool of themselves. Not exactly sure what the distinction is there. Anyway...and yes, I still think The Love Below is a giant turd.
