Curious to see if he bothers getting JACKED like Cable or not. Judging by the casting rumors, I guess the script is good. Did not at all like the first one. Not my thing.
Didn't much like the first one either. Ryan Reynold's humor is not my thing. Not much of a Josh Brolin fan as well.
Wish it was Jon Hamm. He woulda been perfect for Cable and probably could become just as jacked as he was in the comics with his frame.
Jon Hamm doesn't get work because he's a c-list actor and that's that. It's weird how many of y'all have an obsessive mancrush on him when he hasn't done anything stellar. I liked him in Black Mirror, that was about it. Not sure what he's done that equates to being a good Cable. Not that playing Cable in a Deadpool movie necessarily warrants having a talented actor do the job.
He's not the best, but I would say good enough to fit the role(s). I don't think anyone here thinks Josh Brolin is an A-lister by any means... do they?

Yeah. Usually the villains are more powerful than the heroes, but Cable is far and away the nuke in this movie.
