Hello there fellow disappointed clutch fans My younger brother is coming back to town from college and is looking for a decent house/apt for lease. He doesn't make a lot of money but can afford a place around 8-$900. Of course the lower the better but he doesn't wanna live in a rat hole. (His words) so my question to y'all is, does anyone have a place for rent or know anybody who does? Or maybe a complex that y'all have lived at before that would be recommended? Appreciate the help.
Richmont Square apparent on Richmond Ave right across Jackson's and Revelrey Heard it's a bit old but can't beat the pice for the location
Knew someone who lived at Richmont Square, it's decent for the price. Outdated and small, but you could do a lot worse and this location is great. If I were single and looking for something in that price range, I'd go garage apartment. You can get some really nice ones in great locations if you don't mind a smaller space. Check out residential leases on har.com and keep an eye out there.
