Maybe he shouldn’t have let KD come take over his team. Don’t get mad at anyone else Klay. KD stole your millions. Not anyone else. There’s only one ball and KD took a big portion of your shots. And you opened the door and welcomed him in. Lol!!!!

This is a regular season award. Golden State wants to skate down easy street all season long so they can be fresh for the playoffs then complain they don't get regular season awards. They want it both ways, because waaaaaahhhh

Oh my gosh... Klay Thompson took career-high 18 shots per game this season.

This thread quickly turned into lots of ultra-biased hate.

Gordon is a role player. Klay sure as hell better be better than Gordon.

That award is for the team leader. He is free to go to another team and be a leader again. Or he can keep sitting in the back seat while Curry and KD drive the car.
Haha. I have no idea how many shots he took. I do think it's funny though. He's living in KD's shadow.

If Klay really wants that level of money he needs to sacrifice being on a super team and go to a average team and ball out.

I would take Klay over both Westbrook and Kemba. I love dude’s game. Imagine if he was on the Rockets. We would average 140 points a game lol...

Morey probably would pick a 3 & D specialist of Klay's caliber over Walker or Beal even if we didn't have Harden in tow.. A "nerd's" wet dream..

Klay is earning less than $19 million last year. If he goes to an 8th seed he can easily be the franchise player averaging 25 PPG and earn $30 million a year with multiple All-NBA team selections.

Klay could easily co-exist with harden. Only problem is he cannot ball handle

It's a joke that the Warriors STILL come out ahead due to this. Warriors now can pay him $30 million less which saves them money. How can one franchise get ALL of the lucky breaks?

Don't look at it this way because GSW was going to resign him no matter what. It's up to him ultimately and that 30 million more offer would have only been for the Warriors to give...so now they can't give him that. They can still offer the most money but it is just 30 million less now.

Y’all getting on him, but that cost him several million.

You would react the same over a thousand dollars....

This is Kemba's best season so far. I think Isaiah's best season is still better (the one before trade to Cleveland).

Who cares when he can shoot like that. Plus, he can put the ball on the floor some and finish inside. He can also post up decently. Overall, I’m a big fan of his game. He’s fit quite well next to Harden.

Plays on an All-Star team and wants to rack up individual awards as well lol.

Why dont you go to your own team without all that talent around you and prove it?

You have a chance this off-season.
