The Rockets accused Olajuwon of faking his injury as a ploy to get his contract renegotiated. ``All we can do is refer to the ongoing pattern of renegotiation demands,`` Rockets General Manager Steve Patterson said. ``Those talks came to a head earlier this week. ``He says he can`t play, therefore he`s suspended. Hard to place him there right now when he has barely played this year, and has had one borderline elite offensive year. I would step off the gas a bit.

This is an obvious result of team chemistry and organization. It's like feeling bad for the Mavs right now. This isn't about injuries, it's about a player not wanting to play.
