I do think he failed against the Mavericks. But sometimes teams get hot. Dirk is an all time great.

Numbers prove what? That’s like saying Westbrook is the best player on the Rockets. His numbers in 2020 are way better than Hardens. But it only works cuz teams are
Doubling and trapping Harden at half court. Just like Teams are more scheming to stop Lebron but he still has the greater impact.

When comparing the two no one outside of Houston will think that hard about it. Wade led a team to a title. Harden didn’t.

And we’ve seen Harden lose to non stud teams too. Blazers. Spurs.

If Russ numbers were better than Harden's you would be right, that he is Rockets best player.

But Harden is leading the league in scoring, for the 3rd straight season.

Harden is still the best player on the Rockets and where he goes, the Rockets go.

Russ is a very close 2nd however.

You remember fire when harden won it they were like “everyone knows LeBron is the best but you gotta give others a chance”?

Well here’s Harden giving LeBron a chance. He’s generous like that you know?

Let's see how generous voters will be if Lebron keeps losing in the bubble.

Harden needs to put up a 50 burger vs. Kings to keep things spicy. :D

i wouldn’t be surprised if he goes for the 83 with Russ and Gordon sitting.

People tend to forget that Harden has basically played without an all-star in his whole time with the Rockets.... and he's definitely played without one who hasn't been in his prime. And he's also had to play against one of the best teams of all time on multiple occasions.

The questions to ask are how did they compare to the Blazers and Spurs teams they lost to and how did Harden play? What...Harden didn’t have enough help to beat SA without Kawhi?

Read the post. I said in 2020. Harden started out the season so hot that his numbers are still better but since the calendar turned 2020, Westbrook’s numbers have been significantly better. Especially during small ball.

But we are judging an entire season of production, correct?

Not just picking and choosing segments.

Should we separate bubble production too?

And again, Rockets will only be as good as James Harden.

Who would you rather face: Durant's Warriors or one of these LA teams?

    Green
    Durant
    Iguodala
    Klay
    Curry

Harden is not going to play a more difficult game this season that he did the past 2 seasons. Agreed?
