Why? So he can not play? Hurts isn’t really that good. UH isn’t anything special but they have a better QB.

Wondering if Hurts can play defense? We definitely need some serious help either rushing the passer or at linebacker or anywhere in the secondary.

    Why?

D'Erick King is a better QB. Kelly Bryant can't throw. That is his problem.

Are you guys not happy with D'Eriq King at QB? What advantages would Hurt or Bryant bring over King?

first off @J.R. was joking. looks like some of you didn't figure that out. and OP really doesnt know UH is completely happy with King so the thread was meaningless to begin with

It is a shame Texas Tech took a big dump on our defense the way they did. No way Ed Oliver gets Heisman or any serious consideration after that game. The defense can't be that bad. I hope Oliver finishes the season strong and gets some help from the rest of his teammates so overall he looks better. And I hope he avoids a freak injury of some type. It would be nice to see a fellow Cougar go #1 in the draft or very close to #1 anyway.

Kelly Bryant had a strong stretch of games early last year, then he fell off a cliff. This year, for the most part, he picked up where he left off.

He should go to htine. I'm sure Fertitta can pinch some Rockets pennies and find a way to funnel some $ to Jalen. I'm only half-joking. Sadly.

Why in the world is UH the frontrunner?

We have a possible Heisman candidate coming back for his senior year. Jalen ain't taking King's job.

Edit: He and his family are from here. I guess that is as good of a reason as any. Can he catch?

Both Houston and Arizona make no sense for a guy who is going to be a senior next season. Both King and Tate are Heisman candidates. TCU makes sense.

I'm surprised georgia tech isn't on there. But Maryland and TCU seem more logical destinations
