With 8 remaining games. The nuggets have the hardest schedule on the block. Just look at it. Houston should take every game like its the playoffs. 2nd seed would probably be a good goal.

Whatever makes it so we dont have to play OKC in the first or 2nd round.

It'll be tough to overtake Denver. If we did, does that mean we would get HCA against them in the conference semifinals?

    We aren't getting the 2seed

    If we win out
We need Denver to go 4-4 which is doable but unlikely.

I'd prefer Nuggets beat Blazers in both their games so we lock up the 3 seed

    Rest Harden / Paul

Ya Agreed, i would literally tank games just to play clippers in the 4-5 match up at home, that way blazers get them in the 1st round on 3-6I

All that's important is Danuel House & Harden winning MVP.

It is important until we are locked out of top seeds, then you can rest......

But better to be going into the playoffs on a roll than not.

    So, yeah!

Actually, the Nuggets have 10 more game. So they have to go 6-4 or worse including losing to the Rockets.

    You are right

Still unlikely but possible no doubt.
Hope we aren't pushing for it.

We are not getting 2nd seed.
Denver has played better than 6-4 all season. Doesn’t matter who their opponents are; besides Rockets and Warriors they’ve been better than those teams all season long. No reason to think they will all of a sudden play .500 basketball. On top of that we would have to play 1.000 basketball

No need to win out. As long as we don't pay the luxury tax, the season is a success.

Nuggets have not been dominant on the road and they are playing 5 quality teams fighting for playoff positioning. Their other home games against the piston, spurs, blazers, wizards and wolves can result in at least one loss. I can see the Nuggets going for 5-5 if the warriors don’t rest their players.

who cares if we do or not... have to first worry about who we play first. I dont want to play them in the 2nd round.

We get it. No need to repeat it in every single fking post. Not even funny at all.

That we can’t decide. If we win them all we would get 2 seed but 4-8 is up for grabs. They do have a tough schedule too. So my guess is they could end up in 7 or 8
