I think this move helps some

I think Capela can benefit alot.
    1. He needs to RUN WITH Russ and be ready for passes on Pick and Rolls
I think Russ can run the early offense with Harden taking the later half

Green/PJ/EGo - Will benefit from the Drive and Kick

The people I look out for are Hartenstein/Clark and House - The Young Guys

I truly Expect House to maybe start of be the second team SF

WHO IS OUR Starting Line Up

I know other Moves may come but . . . just starting now

Line up now will not be same line up for first regular season game.

And that lineup will not be same before all star game.

And that lineup will not be same before trade deadline/buyout.

    My dream line up:

    Russ/Rivers
    Harden/Iggy
    Covington/Tucker
    AG/Faried
    Noel/Tyson/RWilliams

*WB trade expanded to include RoCo from Minny, Noel from OKC
*SnT Shump to Memphis for Iggy
*3 team trade: Clint & Clark to Boston, EGo & Smart plus 1 BOS FRP & 2 HOU FRP to ORL, AG, Robert Williams & Wes Iwundu to HOU
    *Vet min for Faried

    More realistic line up:

    Russ/Rivers
    Harden/EGo/Green
    Tucker/House/Shump
    Faried/Bruno/Clark
    Capela/Tyson/Bennett

*Re-sign Faried ( remainder of MLE), Shump (Bird rights)
    *SRP to MEM for Bruno

I agree. For some reason CP3 and Clint did not click at all. Russ had a very good connection with Adams. The very few times OKC ran the PnR, Russ would hit Adams with some nice dimes. Their connection was so good, it baffled me why they didn't run that PnR until the wheels fell off.

Once Russ realizes that passing to Clint is an automatic easy assist in this system, goodnight.

Looking at that lineup, I'd say our biggest need is a veteran defender who can be a stabilizing factor. Someone who's been through the playoff wars and knows what it takes to keep your head together enough to win a title.

    Hmmm...

Iggy is looking better and better. I just wish we could get him without having to give up another key piece.

In that graphic Gerald Green's 18 minutes need to go to a player not currently on the Rockets roster. Iggy, or someone else.

    OR, House's 25 minutes goes to Player X and House get's Green's 18 minutes.

I’m struggling with where Rivers or Gordon’s minutes don’t get hit significantly. One of the two will have to sacrifice - unless we don’t pick up a primary wing, 3&D - and try to get by with house/rivers/Gordon/harden

Im a bit worried about or depth. We need a big who can space the floor that would be ideal for this system.

We need a 3 with length, that can defend, and stick it...a guy that can give us 26-29 minutes/game...a veteran with Championship experience.

Also need another 5 to play Tyson's 17 minutes on B2B.

    Significantly?

Westbrook only averaged 4 mins/ gm more than Chris...and his minutes might dip a little here. Iko is predicting they will.

They could virtually be playing the same amount of minutes as last season with the team as is.

Even if we add another wing like iggy I think the minutes come from green, House and chandler.

D’Antoni likes to go small especially given his smalls are his best players.

Solid take. Inclined to agreed when thinking of it like that.

Rivers minutes will be impacted regardless - but only because he won’t be starting for Cp3 a plethora of games
