Gotta ask for reasons I may discuss...but conflicted on certain issues, how long is it humanly possible to go without it?
I’m not sure, but based on my experiences, the length of time expands based on how old you get and how long you’ve been married.
I think it depends on the individual, whether you're in a relationship, and if you are, whether you both find each other sexually desirable. That's all pretty obvious, of course. I've been with someone for a few decades and we still can't get enough of each other. I'm very lucky. Of course, sometimes you or your partner might have a physical reason why sex is out of the question temporarily. @Jontro is the expert on what a guy should do in that situation.
Quality is defining. And the person(s) you are with. Tons of bad quality you are good without it for a time. If you have heart problems, then less secks is recommended.
A wise man once said. Put a marble in a jar for every time you have sex the first 2 years of marriage and then take a marble out for every time you have sex after 2 years and you will still have marbles left when you die.
Don't marry her unless you can sample it first. Also applies to a dude if your in to that kinda thing.
The physical satisfaction is nothing compared to the spiritual enlightenment one can achieve through focus and meditation. I like to turn on teh pronz and let it play while I focus and meditate, so I can say I mastered and defeated that hot chick with a great ass that just took a pounding. Sex has no power over me.
