I think that would do wonders for the team. If the Rockets can get Brown included in the deal that’s even better. Though I think they would want Capela. Ainge is the one who usually does the fleecing. He doesn’t get fleeced. So my assumption is, if a trade is made it would have to be EG and Capela for Horford and maybe Brown + a first round pick. Though I don’t think they include Brown at the end of the day.

 

Capela + Nene + 4 of our minimum guys would be enough salary to send out for an opted-in Horford

I think It's difficult to wait to see if another player is available or would like to playbe here.
If you get an opportunity, you jump on it, or you're gonna sign the likes of Ennis, MCW..

Yeah. This would worry me. I'd love to add him to our roster at a reasonable price but at his age that 30 million + scares the hell out of me.

Oh ok, that's enough salary to get both than, that's cool and would be kinda amazing to end up with that team, JaMaychal with the MLE (although i won't hold my breath for 5/6M) would be the cherry on top.

I guess we could also resign Shumpert to a team friendly deal and move him during the season with a pick for one or two solid bench guys.
