Supposedly he thinks its too late to get his waiver for this season but he will petition to have a year of eligibility restored later on.

The Cougars D feels a lot like Texans D. Scary D line with shaky secondary.

I feel the same way and I'm not sure if we have replacements for Bowser and Taylor at LB as well.

Greg Ward also made a one handed catch in practice against defense, and is being described as "Phenomenal" by the Eagles coaching staff. Looks like he will make the squad right now and is making a name for himself. I could see him being like a Derrick Mason as a shifty type slot receiver with YAC.

Case almost to 7M in earnings. That's a good life given he was on the edge of not getting a shot. I'm glad he made it.

He should cash out after this year. Too many concussions. Not worth it. He's already qualified for an NFL pension.

Agree. He'll make a good OC/coach if he decides to go that route.

Big ups to Baylor, TCU, and UT for stepping up. Very gracious of all of them.

    Via JD
Major: Wide receiver D'Eriq King re-injured his knee in camp and would have missed UTSA opener. His status for Arizona uncertain

Major: OL Alex Fontana out for season with foot injury

Major asked difference in defense from last year to this year: 'More inexperienced. Nobody wants to hear it, but facts are facts.'
