Did it? It only made Jim Rome bigger and now Rome is still on TV and radio while Jim Everett isn't known for anything, other than threatening Jim Rome.

I mean I would watch it. But yep, the Derek Carr career would be over at that point. It points to his thin skin. I can;t say that having a think skin will blow you up, because we all seen what Kevin durant can do, but it don't look good.

Very true. Carr is weak and doesn't have the stones to make it in this league despite his arm talent.

Can't turn a beta into an alpha.

Guess he isn't familiar with Max Kellerman's background/career before 1st take (he knows boxing).

And before that, he was a gangster rapper... so yeah, good luck with that one Derek.

I would love to see Carr punch out Kellerman. Like punching a windbag.

Jim Rome did have some classic interviews and bits back in the day, I'll give him that.

Tony Gwynn talking about Rickey Henderson
Don King talking about the restroom
Some of the 'smackoff' stuff was legitimately hilarious (I'll never forget after the Heaven's Gate photos went worldwide: "Props to Nike for getting those people to wear your shoes. Marketing Genius!")
    I'm sure there were others.

I was a fan back in the mid/late 90's but then the newness wore off and I grew up.
