Sugar Land is full of Indians. It leans a little more Democratic.

Yeah, Hillary Redux. Just spending millions won't cut it on uninspiring corporate candidates.

I have to laugh at Hillary and her new organization/PAC "Forward Together".. lol My reaction; FORWARD!! TOGETHER!! for teeny tiny uninspiring changes that only a wonk can appreciate.

Democrats are the ones who made the big stink. They spent 30 million because they thought it was a district that could be swung. Ossoff spent $175 per vote he got. Then the Dem media jumped on board claiming this would be a referendum on Trump. Once the Dems lose its all of a sudden not a big deal.

I've never said it was a big deal. WTF is Dem media? Lol

From what I've heard, Republicans spent nearly as much as the Democrat with most of the money coming from out of state And all of it is a big who the hell cares but I know why you and your fellow Trumpanzees care, it gives you the opportunity to say you won another election despite the fact it's a district Republicans have won for nearly 40 years.

No...the MEDIA made it a referendum on Trump. Democrats saw an opportunity they almost pulled off in the 1st election. The weakness for the Republicans is that these districts are get closer and closer. There is still like 19 months to midterms. Just give it time for Trump and the Republicans to screw up more. Passing that health care bill......then just wait til those people lose their healthcare.....that's when the bloodbath will begin.

It was clear to me he would never win despite the momentum and the hype.

Handel seems like a trainwreck so good for GA

not according to FEC filings. But this wouldn't be all the spending (super PACs).

It was supposed to be the big referendum on the Donald, and how the democrats will start to make their major political comeback...In the words of Kellyanne: LMFAOssoff.

Here is the stark reality that is setting in for some on the left...It isn't even 2018.

As long as you realize both sides do this.
Hillary won by 3 million votes. WTF cares? Why do the likes of you keep going for the consolidation prize. This isn't a sport. This is a district who is voting for a representative to represent them, not you. So again, why does this matter to you? Let the government work like its suppose to, not the way you want your team to run it.

Yep..... Closed the gap in a very traditionally red district.

Hey..... did you ever find the context of that quote? .... I assumed you just kept deflecting as it is your MO.

    I do get it.

The GOP is much better at creating fear and wedge issues to take advantage of the general low turnout you see while reaping the benefits of gerrymandering from the 2010 census. The GOP is much better at attacking opposing candidates, despite the "MSM". The GOP has corralled the Guns and God crowd who will always go out and vote. The GOP has also increasingly embraced populism and moved further to the right to capture the people who consistently vote.
