    Oh, that's only in the drainage canal next to ITC. They haven't finished testing the Channel and parts downstream.

    From what I’ve gathered on twitter and the ABC13 stream

    1 man dead

    Shelter in place for all within 1 mile radius

    Smoke appears to be heading south west


    When will this **** end.
