Andy Melt, know your Rocket relationships was shorter then most wanted but you have a better chance at playing time. (hell, you may start over there). Learn and grow. Please also know, IF Anderson didn’t suck so badly you would have a ring in a few months. (You may want to kick his quitter ass and no one would blame you). Your could have been is probably better than your reality. Truly, only the best to you and yours. P.S. Say hi to Trevor he is the one that will be crying with you as we win the championship. 10 year anniversary to that trade and season that brought us Artest. Man I loved that season so much happened. By the season end our starting backcourt was frantically different. Tmac and rafer played their last important ball for us.
This is why I didnt want him gone. He was the only silver lining from the past off-season and we threw that away as well. Ryan ****in Anderson. Melton would have been even better here with Chris Paul giving him pointers.
I was against the trade and very vocal about it - so not sure where "told ya" comes from. He looked NBA ready in the summer league - not because of anything but the decision making he showed - so mature for his age. We traded away Melton and Anderson for nothing - and we could have actually used both in the rotation.

He is developing rapidly. He was the first rookie a lot of us had high hopes for in quite some time. All we can do is wish him the best, and fantasize about what could have been. I ain’t mad at him. Starting to look like a future stud.
MCW is averging 16/6/6 in his rookie season with 76ers. Is he good? Plus, even we still got Melton, MCW might be ahead of him in the rotation. He probably gonna stay in G-League most of time. That just typical DMA coaching. So don’t get so mad of that trade. Hopefully this make you guys feel a bit better
