Apparently that dude had been advising Two Scoops to, whatever he does, do not attack Mueller in public.
So, after the NYT interview, dude may have just thrown up his hands.

It appears Russian "adoption" lawyer that met with Trump (Jr) et al was more connected than first reported...

Exclusive: Moscow lawyer who met Trump Jr. had Russian spy agency as client

update, this has been reported previously by Daily Caller: http://www.thedailybeast.com/donald-trump-jrs-russian-connection-has-ties-to-former-kremlin-spies

I know, Attorney General Sessions said he didn't talk to the Russians as part of the campaign, but...

Sessions discussed Trump campaign-related matters with Russian ambassador, U.S. intelligence intercepts show

... and isn't the timing interesting... Trump has falling out with Sessions, Russians leak info Sessions. It is almost as if the Russians are still helping Trump out...

Hi guys. Just checking in and laughing that you still have no evidence of collusion with the Russians. Glad you've spent months of your life in frustration on this!

Hahahaha! Awesome. So glad you are back to here to carry fetid water for your dear Mr. Two Scoops. You will be linked forever, even though you... never ... voted for him (wink, wink) (TM).

No no, no "proof of collusion" in the public yet. Just absolute proof of repeated lies, some under oath, and absolute proof of attempted collusion. What a nice administration -- glad they have allies like you willing to burn whatever shreds of cred (??) you may have had left.

It's so amusing to see you poke up in a thread on the democrats, meanwhile, talking about the behavior, even the demeanor, of other politicians, or really, any other human being. Hahahahaha! Keep it coming, at least... another scoop or two. Don't you dare spend so long away from this thread in the future. Grab it by the p***y and don't you let go. This is your bed, bro -- you and Hannity.

Now he has grounds to remove Sessions and install someone who will not recuse themselves, and ultimately ends up removing/supplanting Mueller. I wouldn't agree with such a scenario, but for Trump to have his own FBI director and a non-recused AG: badda bing badda boom.

Agreed. The rest of your post was throwaway content. Continue your Spring/Summer of frustration!

It would be expected that someone guilty as Trump is would try that... America's only hope would be who ever he placed at AG would have enough of an ethical to put someone that will also consider the evidence and make a just ruling... what am I talking about, we are talking Trump, the least ethical President since before Nixon.

That all said... Nixon tried to replace an independent counsel... of course, Congress back then was also more responsible.

It's the smart play -- guilty looking as all hell, but he doesn't care about optics so much at this point, I imagine.

    Its a battle of attrition

So freaking stupid. Who wants to try to keep up with a seventy page thread

There will be no charges but y'all won the marathon thread

I don't care that Trump Jr met the Moscow lawyer. Its not that big a deal and there won't be charges

But its hilarious to watch y'all joke about no one trying to keep up with the hundred posts a day as if that proves yall right

I think it's obvious why no one cared about Trump's dealings with Russia when all he was responsible for was his own businesses. Once you look past your blind arrogance, maybe you can figure that out.

I'm not sure we're frustrated about this, but it does seem that Mr. Sessions has been caught in a lie. What a shame- he could've just been upfront about all this.

I agree with you that the collusion issue may never come to fruition.

But what is disturbing is that this whole kerfluffle has brought out multiple other items that should be concerns for all Americans, including you.

It'd be like saying OJ Simpson was a good guy b/c he was acquitted of murder. No, he was awful and he's done "many bad things," to use a phrase our President might use. President Trump may not be guilty of collusion, but thanks to this, we've found out a whole lot of bad stuff. Shame.

I wouldn't really try to critique any post he makes past a certain time in the evening. Because he's obviously drunk or high or something.

If you read his posts in the daytime, they are reasonably well-written, even if we disagree with his content.

But the evening and late-evening posts are just god-awful and smack of inebriation.

So, what you do with the drunk uncle is you just let him rant and go, "OK, we understand."
