Don’t speak too soon. This comment would be appropriate if we win game 3. For now, it’s quite premature...

I wished we had a couple long 4/5's that could shoot the 3, switch defend, and sill adequately defend the post.

I think Donovan Mitchell does better as the primary ball handler rather than Rubio and Gobert is just a liability on offense. House needs more playing time, playing shumpert and green over him is a big diss

I thought our team defense was even better than in Game 1. We were able to negate the mismatches that Utah had on a couple of occasions in the second half. The player of the game for me was Eric Gordon. He hit nothing but net, and some of them were big shots too. His defense was once again great. Harden looked very nice in the first half. He couldn't get his floater going in the 4th quarter. That could hurt us in a tight game, but I'm hopeful that he will get it down, if he is not rushed. I want him to slow things down a bit. Chris showed floor mastery, but he made a few sloppy turnovers. We can't afford that on the road. Clint was great on defense, but Faried needs to play with very solid defenders at all times. The Jazz had no problems scoring when he was on the court.

Some good hard practice will get us ready for Game 3.
I believe that we can win one on the road, and finish it off in Houston.
    Go Houston Rockets!

Great win. I want to point out that when Gordon plays at this level on both ends, we're extremely difficult to stop.

If he plays well going forward, I think we have a shot against anyone.

If EG and Tucker make 3's like they've been doing, the Rockets are unbeatable.

yeah you're the only one. that's pure classic domination on both ends of the floor. In BOTH games. not winning by 50 must be your criteria. that's just unfortunate

    Props to Austin Rivers!
He played with maturity. I really liked his improving jump shooting in the second half and his passing in the first. His defense remains solid.
I want him to take the ball to the hole.
There is hardly anyone on the Jazz who can stop him.
Good job Austin! Keep it up!

    House continues to gain confidence.
Green needs to come in when House needs a break. No to Shumpert for now.

Green is solidly in the playoff rotation. MDA has checked him in identically in both games at the same 1Q and 3Q marks.

This is a legit 9-man rotation.

yeah he has come in at the same time as house or just behind him. Nene hasn't been necessary thus far, which is good. Shump has come in only in the 4th quarter in both games. I wonder if nene gets into the game in these next 2 just to get his feet wet a bit before GS. I suspect Nene will get some spot minutes, especially with GS's big rotation having to shuffle with Cousins out
