Well, Lebron is definitely going to LA next year now that his GM is gone.

Man, West is going to be stacked next year with PG and Lebron going there to crush the Warriors.

Maybe they want to come to the Rockets????

Dan Gilbert didn't consult with LeBron James prior to parting with David Griffin, sources said. James had advocated for Griffin extension

Cavs fan better enjoy next year because after next year, it's back to #1 overall lottery pick every year, again.

Gilbert must just be worse than Dolan as an owner

Hmm in some ways I think if Lebron wanted Griffin out, he would have been out. Lebron saying he regrets this decision and wasn't told about it is just cover. Gilbert has way too much to lose to piss Lebron off.

Wade's ego is wayyyy to high to be getting paid the Vet minimum while Melo / CP3 / Lebron get paid top dollar. He left Miami for the very reason he was being underpaid for years.

This could mean Gilbert is sick of losing money he could let Lebron walk and go back to making a profit. It doesn't matter who they hire they will be viewed as Lebron's puppet as long as he is in town.

5 year Super Max for Lebron?! Also, at least Gilbert has a ring to show for an owner while Dolan hates the playoffs.

That would be tough to pass up... thats reportedly what they have wanted to do before their careers end... Paul would prob take a pay cut as well... one year only unless they won a ring (unlikely)

can i get the cavs under on wins after next season? certainly feels like lebron going to LA. could probably fight for griffin but gives good cover as reason for being mad if griffin is fired. payroll is maxed out. cavs have made good moves and are really good but almost no chance to compete with warriors unless they somehow get paul george. even if they do, probably still not enough, george goes to LA, lebron goes to the other LA, cleveland blows it up. lebron isn't going to sit around on a non-contender that can't beat the warriors.
