Every coach has flaws, but how does it impact a teams wins and loses? That is what matters.

I think he is a good head coach as far as personality goes but he desperately needs a coordinator on the offensive side. So far I think that is one thing Kubiak has over him. Kubiak was consistent with his offense and it worked for the most part. Bill O'Brien's personality fits a head coach better though.

How do you know he hasn't lost the locker room?

He is 1-12 in his last 13 games... that sounds like a coach that lost the locker room or has no talent, but you yourself said he has talent....... draw your own conclusions.

He got an extension because McNair is ignorant and sided with BOB over Smith, when both of them should have been sent on their asses out of Reliant.

How often do you see players call out the coach?

And the players have great chemistry with one another. Not to mention Texans draft high character guys.

As far as the front office, we know they don’t make the best decisions. They look out for their friends instead of making good business decisions.

Because, that would be the inmates running the prison.

He can't "lose" them any more than they can schedule their own exercise time in the yard.

We will have law and order in this facility, or else, people will go to the Hole along with Duane Brown.

Warden Bob will be visiting from his manor house soon, so the rest of you best get to cleaning these here floors.

I used to be in the same boat as you but I am currently waiting to be rescued cause I jumped off after the second game. I always though he was a good delegator but after hearing him say "I need to coach better" over and over again, he needs to STFU and move on. To be brought here as a offensive minded "genius" and then show nothing after naming himself the play caller, he has nothing to offer. At most in this league, he is an assistant qbs coach or maybe an assistant to the qbs coach.

It would be great to go into Indy 0-3 and beat them, and then face Dallas 1-4 and beat them too! That would give us some well needed satisfaction.
