Just leave town, Bill. Retire at half time.

You're an embarrassment to yourself. You are not an NFL head coach. You out kicked your coverage based off of getting hired by one of the all-time greats, and now it's showing.

    Just go.

This team is the ultimate waste of talent. It's so sad to see all these studs looking lost out there.

I have a feeling this will be my last post in the Texans forum this season.

McNair just needs to sell the team. He is a **** owner.

If ownership cares at all (not a sure thing), then he won't be the coach come the bye week.

The issue is none of our assistants are worth a damn, so an interim head coach is not going to be any better.

At the very least the owner/GM needs to tell BOB to get an OC.

They can do this tomorrow if they wanted to.

There is a reason every team in the NFL has one. There is a benefit to having a coach just focus solely on offense, seems like an obvious thing but BOB think he's megabrain here with his clever run run pass system.

It's not my job to go away Eddie!

It's my job to drive this thing so far into the ditch that Bob can't get it out!

Should have been fired after the Hoyer/Mallet carousel. All the signs were there.

But here are some on here who claim Bob was best coach to coach watson. He would have been a number one coaching candidate for other teams

He also thought Tom Savage was good enough to start the season with. I mean, that says it all right there.

Savage isn't even on a team right now.

Watson getting hurt saved his ass.

    Needs to happen NOW.

We can not let rising stars like Deshaun and Fuller get buried in the mix. Can't let JJ, Hop, Clown, Whit, Matthieu (studs) flounder away a prime year.

Remember he blamed that on Rick.

But in any case, if we tank, fire O'Brien and bring in a smart front office and offensive mind plus keep Crennel, I think they're in good shape to rebuild.

There has to be a clause in his extension. No way McNair, the warden of the system, made this big of a mistake with a 4 year extension.

Never in my living days would I have said I sort of miss Rick Smith but today, I officially miss Rick Smith.

Rick was part of the transactions that led up to this mess.
