    He's terrible.

How any sane basketball mind thought he was better than harden is ridiculous.

    Guy isn't even a top 10 player.

    Terrible terrible MVP

is it possible that Presti just say F it at some point because there's really no chance they are going anywhere with this combo and just blow it up before the trade deadline

I still think OKC will turn it around, they'll make the playoffs and no one would want to play them in the 1st round.

Imagine if instead of trading Harden, they would offer him the max and traded Westbrook instead for good complementary players (Westbrook's value was very high at that moment). Instant dinasty.

What they should've done was try to trade Westbrook for Cp3

I always mantained they should have traded Westbrook for Paul, Perkins and Harden for Dwight.

    Imagine this lineup in 2012:

    Howard
    Ibaka
    Durant
    Sefolasha
    Paul

Youre not scoring on that team. And youre sure as **** aren't stopping that PnR. CP3 could keep Dwight in line and you throw him some post ups (so that you can bench him and run an Ibaka-Durant frontcourt).

Presti won't let a KD situation ever happen again. If they aren't showing signs of coming together by mid-February, both PG and Melo will be on the block. He will maxize the return and doesn't have to worry about WB walking.

Wouldn't be surprised if they completely gut the team including Adams and Roberson as well. Not sure where Melo would go (cleveland?), but they could probably get good return on Paul George.

He won't gut the team. WB and Adams are untouchable but probably everyone else would be on the table for the right deal.

Roberson is completely worthless as a trade asset IMO. They just paid him and his FT and 3-point shooting are historically bad. Crazy. It's truly hard to believe he's actually in an NBA rotation.

Roberson might be the worst liability on offense of any perimeter player getting big minutes in the NBA. I challenge someone to prove me wrong.

I think trading MELO will be much harder than trading ANDERSON at this point
Did the NO TRADE CLAUSE move with him?

I think the only ones that will trade for PG are LAKERs. . . darkhouse is the Clippers
Would you trade Kuzma, Ingram or Ball for PG . . . . when you can get him for free this summer?

Imagine if the Thunder had decided to give Harden a max contract and to trade Westbrook instead. We probably would have given up the same package and and had him on our team instead.

I am so, so, so glad that didn't happen

Not sure whether I’m a doubter, hater or ignorer... maybe all 3

But I say this: chances on OKC turning the corner are about the same as Westbrook IQ: next to zero

I know our package didn't really pan out for OKC, but a team of Harden at the point and Kevin Martin at shooting guard would have gone to the line a ridiculous amount
