As part of this plan, Cameron Payne (foot), who has been cleared to return, will replace Grant as Kris Dunn's primary backup at point guard. Bulls' VP John Paxson said that Cristiano Felicio will be moving into the starting lineup on Thursday. Paxson said the Bulls will be rolling with a starting five featuring Kris Dunn, Zach LaVine, Lauri Markkanen and Felicio in their first game after the All-Star break, and he implied that this will be a lasting move, so it sounds like Robin Lopez' days as a starter in Chicago are over. Chicago VP John Paxson said the Bulls will start David Nwaba and Cristiano Felicio "for a significant time." Paxson also said there will be "blocks of games" where the young players log significant minutes, so it sounds like they'll really be embracing the youth movement for this second half of the season.
