He claims it was just a hip check foul but his reputation won't allow it to be a non-story.

Still he seems like a good fit for this team in terms of shooting 3s and layups. I don't think he's on Royce White's level (as far as being a head case).

    Fits our scheme, sure.

But I can see him as a Blake Griffin or Zaza style of player, playing dirty because the consequence isn’t meaningful enough.

That player has always existed. And they come with their plusses and minuses.

At the cheap price a second rounder would command, I would take him.

He's a dirty punk b**** like Hornacek/Stockton. If he would just play the game, he's a player, but he can't.

I couldn't root for Bruce Bowen as a Rocket, Draymod, Laimbeer, etc...

There's a difference between playing hard and playing dirty.

    And cut LeBryant Nash? Heresy!

In all seriousness if the kid can shoot threes, we have a place for him. Although personally I have a feeling we trade the pick or get a EuroStash- maybe a guard.

Well whatever the maneuver is called, it's not often you see someone use that to cause an opponent to flip over. That is not a normal basketball move.

He may be a good fit. I don't know; I'm awful at projecting college to NBA. Regardless, it seems unlikely he's there at 43ish.

I don’t follow college basketball at all so I don’t know much about Allen other than he was a pretty highly regarded high school player and had that drama with tripping people.

From what I saw from the video Clutch posted, he does have a pure stroke and have a shooter’s mindset. Two very big pluses.

Finishing around the rim looks rough and his shooting base needs to improve. Defense looked ehh but I can see that he is very pesky.

Wouldn’t mind spending an early-mid 2nd on him if he falls to us. Could be a Chandler Parsons we find (but not pay).

Meh I’d rather draft Dillon Brooks.

I don’t want him, but he’d sure be an interesting personality to throw into Houston-Golden Taint.

I'd sure like to turn him loose on Washington Ave. He'd fit right in. Or 6th Street, whichever.

Haha, nbadraft.net compares him to Courtney Lee or Bob Sura (falls in faint). If we could someone close to that comparison, I'd be happy.

Seems most mocks have the Rockets going after SF.

NBADraft.net has the Rockets getting Bonga (SF)

I’m partial to Arnoldas Kulboka (6’9” SF). Very deep draft this year. Rockets look like they will get a player
    in the second round.

I would pay good money for a Blake Griffin v Grayson Allen fight.

    Hell no, **** this guy.

Although I'd be willing to settle for him if the first time he sees Zaza on the court they dive into each other and give each other career ending injuries.
