Im not so aure about redrafting...

Besides i think the lack of matchups being posted is what killed it...

don't want a redraft. re other matchups - it's been said quite a few times already, but the next in line is jvu, and no one knows his lineup for sure. he needs to reply.

It would make more sense and be quicker to post everyone's roster in its own poll and see who gets the most votes.

    cool.

nah. then noone's going to think about matchups.
i don't really care who wins or if even we have a winner.
i'm going to post the other matchups now (if i find the other lineups), and think about them when i have time.

we are doing this for fun anyway.
and the fun part is drafting and matchups.
if we don't have enough votes, then we just won't finish.
rather than finish it in a way that's no fun.

No bro trust me. I've been doing draft for a while. So has RedNation, and Spooner. They'll tell you. Public poll does NOT work. Everyone see's Lebron and goes "Oh! Lebron. Lemme vote for him" without even analyzing the rest of the team. Other see someone who plays for the Rockets and automatically votes for him. Others just troll and vote for the worst teams on purpose. Public Poll doesn't work.

Honestly, as a person who started the original, I liked polls. It may have those flaws you mention, but it gets done quick and easy. Maybe because I'm a casual drafters? And not really in it for competitive reasons. Also, if they were public polls you could easily call out the trolls or start calling people idiots for picking a team opposite of your opinion. Lol

Anyways, my main concern with with polls is that not many people leave comments.

I kinda agree with rr14. Judging is a chore and I don't really care if I win or lose. You know if you have the best (or a better) team. I just like drafting and trading.

I agree here. The votes are based upon like 4 people's opinions, if it is just to the public and around 50 people vote I think you get better results.

Yeah I am. We have an Xbox Live 2k12 online association in the hangout forum, but it pretty much died before the playoffs started.
