4th Grader Threatened with Sexual Harassment Charges for Writing Love Notes to Crush

I bet he doesn't even know about feminine hygiene products vis-à-vis being able to pee.

 

He's clearly not well versed in the relevant literature.

Of course kids are disrupting the class when they pass notes or have side bar convos with their friends, THEY ARE KIDS! Hell even adults do that still in class at the colleges I attend, so what.

If a little boy is passing notes to a girl he likes it's going to happen. I'm pretty sure most of the people involved here have either done or had the same thing done to them when they were younger, it's just life.

My son is 5 and he has a couple girls that have had crushes on him, I would never think about filing a sexual harrassment suit against the other kids or the school. It's not like the little girl is going to come climb outside his window and stalk him.

This is a prime example of schools not being smart enough to teach kids the right way to approach situations and instead racing towards the most drastic of measrues or last resort means.

Buncha idiots.

 

What a weirdo the kid is. I mean who creates hand written notes, when he can easily be sending a text or email.

I don't see any problem with the school wanting him to stop either. The only problem is the invocation of 'sexual harassment.'

 

Mom of girl and Principal needs to get sexually assaulted, for research purposes of course.
