definitely. they also should widen the court by at least a couple of feet so guys dont' keep stepping out of bounds on corner threes, and while they're at it they should lengthen the court under each basket as well for pretty much the same reason. I also think they should widen the court so that the 3 point line is the same all around. They will not do it because they will lose seats and $$$ because of it.
the nba should have points by distance. 1 point = inside the key 2 points = outside the key, but under 3 point line 3 points = current 3pt line, under the 4 4 points = 2 feet inside half court 10 points = anything beyond half court
People against the 4 point line were probably the same people saying 3 point line was gimmick. Or maybe people didn't even know there used to be no 3 point line. Make 4 point line like 30 feet.
