Yes, we are. In fact the changes are already happening now. Most of the media are controlled by mainland now. They are forcing schools to teach in Mandarin in attempt to eradicate our language. Also they've been sending 150 mainland immigrants every single day since 1997 and pro-Beijing camp gets more and more votes every election. People here understand the clock is ticking as our economic relevance to China decreases over time.

They have arrested 28 people so far but on much lesser crime. There were hundreds of gangsters attacking civilians including pregnant women and journalist, and they only managed to arrest 28 of them and none of them have been charged yet.
You obviously are ignorant. The North Korean, Venezuelan and Russian governments are not nearly the threat that China is. In fact China sends huge amounts of aid to both North Korea and Russia. China wants to keep both leaders in power. China leadership is completely devoid of moral values and is the largest threat to freedom in the world.
