I'm a bit surprised that i know almost all of the team in the UEL draw. All the time i spent playing Football manager is finally paying off.
Success so far in purchasing CL tickets? Don't know how hard that is in Brugge, getting tickets for Bayern games in nearly impossible.
Didn't get the ticket yet, its an early sale stage now(club members) but im trying to convince a friend of mine that has the membership to buy the tickets for us. He wants to go to the game vs Dortmund. I can only imagine how difficult it is to buy a ticket for a game of a team with so many fans like Bayren, but that's a part of being successful. Are there many foreigners fan that go to Bayren games?
Best of luck, I mean Dortmund isn't terrible to watch either at most times. If you're free for both dates I would pick them over Monaco. Getting tickets for a Bayern game is pretty tough if you're not a member of the club, literally every Bundesliga game this season is already sold out, home and away. There are foreign fans, but they can't travel on short-terms, have to plan the trip months before at minimum, if they're not from Austria or so and come every second weekend to the Arena anyway. On Champions League nights some season tickets holder give their ticket to family members or friends since it's a working day, that's the best chance if you know someone.
Thanks, my problem isn't with the team but with the date of the game. Well as you can imagine I've almost never encountered a problem getting tickets for a game in Belgium. The problematic games are usually the big teams in the CL when suddenly everybody wants to go and every club member/season ticket holder got 4-5 pepole asking him for tickets. In this regard i think that Monaco is the least appealing team in the gruop and I'm hoping it would be less asked by pepole. Never been to a game in Germany but I'm hoping to go some day. I'm not usually planning months ahead so it looks like Bayren isn't the right choice for me.
So Welt and BILD saying PSG director Henrique promised to make a 50mil offer for Boateng on a scheduled day, but didn't and then sent in a 40mil lowball-offer way after the agreed-upon schedule. Because he did something similar in June and didn't come to negotiations back then, Bayern now just said f*** PSG and eliminated the talks. Henrique really sounds like a twat.
Somehow I remembered them playing better under Wenger than Unai. At least a 4th seed or 5th seed was always in play. I know Emery's style must be pretty, but the results are mediocre so far. (Laca to the rescue.)
So, international break once again... let's see if this new Nations League can revilatilze the remains of all the boring friendlies and qualifiers. Usually I don't really care, but this time of course I'm looking forward to it, curious to see Germany's reaction after what happened in Russia. Good thing the World Champ is in the house. Time to find out where we stand. Some notable matches (all CET) Day 1 Sep 6 20:45 Germany - France Sep 7 20:45 Italy - Poland Sep 8 20:45 England - Spain Day 2 Sep 9 20:45 France - Netherlands Sep 10 20:45 Portugal - Italy Sep 11 20:45 Iceland - Belgium Sep 11 20:45 Spain - Croatia
I'm also very curious to see how serious the games will be. Firstly im expecting a Belgian victory. Other than that Germany-France looks like the game to watch. I'm rooting for Germany this time, had enough of France winning.
