going to the 5th. Roger played a poor service game and gave away the 4th set. It would be a shame to see him lose after playing so well for most of the match. Just a few loose, careless games is costing him.

Fed breaks back and wins his service game.

    He has momentum.

    Man that was fun.

As many times through the years as I desperately wanted him defeated, this is about as happy as I've ever been to see somebody win.

    He deserves it.

With Nadal you see opportunities for future majors. That could be Feds last one.

    Incredible.

Fed still gets to the finals and semi-finals routinely. If Djok is out he has a chance.

    Not last few years.

    Nadal owns clay when healthy.

Didn't watch it live but finished my recorded game. So happy for Fed. Watching him play is about equivalent to seeing any of my Houston teams. He certainly looks like he can build off this but it'll probably take some fortunate draws. Would love to see another Wimbledon win.

If Nadal doesn't get injured, the French is his. I would love to Fed win another Wimbledon before it is over for him.

The 5th set was so awesome and emotional. Coming back from 2-0!

I'm very happy! When Roger Federer's mind is relaxed, he can beat anyone. He is 5 years older than Nadal. I didn't think Roger was going to win. He was just brilliant. I think he is the greatest tennis player of all time. I believe this is the biggest victory in his career.

I want to see him going, and win another grand slam, but I think he should retire now, at the very top of the mountain.

This was a big win for Federer is terms off holding of Nadal for Grandslams 18-14. A Nadal win would have put the gap at 2, which is unbelievable to me. But either way, it seem Djokovic is on both of their asses and will inevitably grab the all time lead given he is only 29 years old ( he's got 12 ).

Amazing comeback by Roger. As a fan of his, this is the sweetest win I've watched. That backhand was a weapon and he really took it to Rafa. This should cement him at the GOAT. I don't think Rafa can catch him, but he has a champion's heart so you can never count him out. Novak has a long way to go to get to 18. His head hasn't been on straight since he won the French last year but I hope he comes back strong. The sport is better when all the top guys are playing great.

Roger won number 16 at 29. Djoker isn't going to catch him. Only Nadal ha a chance.

Stayed up late to watch this one! FEDX WITH THE 18th SLAM!!!!! I've been in love with his game for years. He's the only GOAT in any sport where I don't feel like a band wagoner for supporting him. My only fear is that he'll want to sail off into the sunset and retire after this year's Wimbledon..win or lose
